Account Deletion Policy
How Machinery.org handles subscriber account deletion requests.
Subscriber Accounts
Subscriber accounts may be deleted or deactivated on request after account ownership is verified.
Deletion may remove or disconnect profile information, saved items, subscriptions, preferences, notifications, and public-account access.
Records That May Remain
Machinery.org may retain limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate operational needs.
Content that has been anonymized, aggregated, or incorporated into site-maintenance records may not identify the deleted account.
Admin Accounts
Administrator accounts are operational access accounts and are handled separately from public subscriber deletion requests.
Admin access changes require authorized owner or administrator review.
