Subscribers may request access to account data, correction of inaccurate information, export of personal data, restriction of certain processing, or deletion where applicable.

Some operational records, security logs, audit records, fraud-prevention records, legal records, or transaction-support records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.

Signed-in subscribers can use the profile privacy and security area to export data or request account deletion.

You may also use the contact form and include the email address tied to the account, the type of request, and enough information to verify the request.

Machinery.org may need to verify account ownership before acting on a data request.

Requests involving another person, business account, or administrator account may require additional verification or may be declined if authority cannot be confirmed.
