TYPHON Machinery Introduces the New STOMP V900 Mini Track Loader

TYPHON Machinery has expanded its compact-equipment offering with the new TYPHON STOMP V900, a stand-on mini track loader designed to combine diesel power, compact dimensions and attachment versatility.

The V900 is being marketed as a 1.4-ton compact track loader powered by a 25 HP Kubota D1105 diesel engine. Its tracked undercarriage and stand-on operator platform are intended to help the machine work in confined construction areas, landscaped properties, farms and other locations where a conventional skid steer may be too large.

Kubota diesel power

At the center of the STOMP V900 is a Kubota D1105 diesel engine. TYPHON advertises the engine at 25 HP, while Kubota’s official D1105-E4B documentation lists a rated output of 24.8 HP at 3,000 rpm.

The three-cylinder, water-cooled engine belongs to Kubota’s established 05 Series. Applicable D1105 versions are available with EPA/CARB Tier 4 and EU Stage V compliance, although buyers should verify the complete engine model and emissions label installed in each V900 market configuration.

Compact tracked configuration

Promotional materials describe the V900 as having an operating weight of approximately 3,086 lb, placing it in the 1.4-metric-ton class. Its rubber-track configuration should provide a larger ground-contact area than a comparable wheeled loader, making it suitable for work on soil, gravel, landscaped surfaces and uneven ground.

TYPHON has advertised a compact machine-width figure of 35.9 inches, while another promotional specification shows an overall width of 40.2 inches. Buyers should consult the final product manual to determine whether these measurements refer to the chassis, tracks, standard bucket or complete machine.

Three-pump hydraulic system

The STOMP V900 is promoted with a three-pump, three-valve hydraulic configuration and dual auxiliary hydraulic outputs. This arrangement is intended to support both loader operation and powered attachments.

Potential attachment applications may include:

  • Augers

  • Grapples

  • Hydraulic breakers

  • Trenchers

  • Pallet forks

  • General-purpose buckets

  • Grading attachments

  • Sweepers and mowing equipment

Attachment compatibility, required hydraulic flow, pressure, machine stability and approved operating capacity must be checked against TYPHON’s official manual before use.

Loading capacity

TYPHON’s store advertises a 1,102 lb maximum-load capacity, while separate promotional material lists a 1,014 lb rated operating capacity.

These terms are not interchangeable. Maximum load may describe the greatest load the machine can lift under selected conditions, whereas rated operating capacity normally applies a stability or tipping-load safety calculation.

Intended applications

The STOMP V900 appears positioned for contractors, landscapers, agricultural users, rental operators, and property owners requiring a machine that can load, carry, grade and operate attachments in restricted spaces.

Likely applications include:

  • Landscape preparation

  • Material movement

  • Property maintenance

  • Farm and stable work

  • Light construction

  • Trenching and drilling

  • Site cleanup

  • Snow and debris removal

The machine should not be described as suitable for a particular load, slope or attachment until the official operating manual confirms those limits.

Availability and pricing

TYPHON’s online store currently advertises the STOMP V900 at $11,999, although prices, promotions, stock and delivery conditions may change. Prospective buyers should confirm the final machine configuration, attachment package, warranty terms, shipping arrangements and support coverage directly with the seller before purchase.

Preliminary conclusion

The STOMP V900 appears to fill the space between smaller gasoline-powered mini skid steers and larger premium compact track loaders. Its strongest advertised features are the Kubota diesel engine, tracked undercarriage, dual auxiliary hydraulic outputs and compact stand-on design.

However, a full technical manual or finalized specification sheet should be obtained before publishing exact hydraulic-flow, tank-capacity, dimensional, tipping-load or rated-capacity figures.
