New Holland Expands D-Series Compact Wheel Loader Line with Three New Models

What happened

New Holland Construction is expanding its D-Series compact wheel loader range with three models: the W70D, W80D and W80D Long Reach. The machines are scheduled to become available during the third quarter of 2026 and build on the larger W100D introduced previously. According to the company, the new models transfer the redesigned cab and operator-focused features of the W100D into smaller frame sizes, giving customers more options between compact maneuverability and higher loading reach.

A broader range for mixed-duty customers

Compact wheel loaders occupy an important position between skid steer loaders, compact track loaders and larger articulated wheel loaders. They are commonly selected by contractors and property operators who need good visibility, road-friendly travel behavior, lifting ability and fast attachment changes without moving to a full-size production loader.
